What Happens Under the Pavers
Excavate to depth
We dig out the topsoil and any soft material until we reach ground that will carry the load.
Compacted gravel base
Processed gravel goes in and gets compacted in lifts, not dumped in one pass.
Bedding and edge restraint
A screeded bedding layer, then a locked edge so the field cannot spread over time.
Polymeric sand and final compaction
The joints get locked, the surface gets set, and the site gets cleaned.
