These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WR Ferreira Construction website and your communications with us. By using our website or submitting an estimate request, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
WR Ferreira Construction provides residential hardscape and masonry services in Massachusetts, including paver patios and pool decks, walkways and driveways, retaining walls, granite steps, stone veneer, stucco, and seasonal interior work. We are fully insured (general liability and workers' compensation) and provide a W-9 to commercial clients on request.
2. Estimates
- Free estimates are provided after an on-site visit and cover scope, materials, and the finished result.
- Estimates are not a binding contract until both parties agree in writing.
- Project start dates depend on current demand and weather and will be confirmed with you directly.
3. SMS / Text Message Program Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS on our estimate form, you agree to the following:
- Program description: WR Ferreira Construction sends text messages related to your estimate request, scheduling, appointment reminders, and project communication.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your project and interactions with us.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (978) 715-7467.
- Not a condition of purchase: Consent to receive SMS is not required to receive an estimate or any service.
- Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: We will not sell or share your phone number or message content with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
4. Warranty
Completed work is backed by a 1-year workmanship warranty from the date of completion, with courtesy support beyond that period at our discretion. Manufacturer warranties on materials (where applicable) are passed through to you. Warranty details for your specific project will be confirmed in your written agreement.
5. Payment
Payment terms, deposits, and milestones are set out in your written project agreement. Pricing is provided in your estimate and confirmed before work begins.
6. Website Use
Website content, including project photos, is the property of WR Ferreira Construction and may not be reproduced without permission. Photos are of real WR Ferreira projects; results vary by site conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WR Ferreira Construction is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our services are governed by the separate written agreement for each project.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
